Handpainted Recycled Glass

A strand of about 48 hand painted Recycled Glass Beads strung on string 22″ long. These beads are sometimes called bottle glass beads and once made are painted by hand.  The bead is blue glass with hand painted red and white designs. Each bead is about 11x14mm. The beads are hand made so will vary in size and colours.

These recycled glass beads were purchased straight from the small factory which hand crafts them using the methods of their ancestors, from crushing recycled bottles all the way to firing them in a wood burning oven.
