Eucalyptus Pod Necklace

While visiting Australia i didn’t have to look very far for beads … the trees were full of various fruits that would make spectacular beads. These seed pods are from the Eucalyptus tree. They are naturally dried and then microwaved!! I found out that Australia’s Aboriginal People also used these pods to make jewelry with. I found myself in good company!
