Green Vintage Hebron Beads

An amazing strand of rare green vintage Hebron beads, found by Funky Frog in Ghana, West Africa and sometimes referred to as “Kano Beads”. Hebron Kano beads are a type of glass beads that have been made in the city of Hebron, Palestine for hundreds of years.They are said to have been made in Hebron before 1800. They are also known as “Kano beads” because they were originally traded in the Nigerian city of Kano.The strand measures approximately 28″ with beads measuring from 12-23mm. The beads are gorgeous and interesting in different shapes and shades of green.
