Where Does Funky Frog Ship?
Canada and the U.S. We would like to ship Internationally but postage with tracking is very expensive so if you would like something shipped please contact Funky Frog and we would be happy to find out the cost for your package.
How Quickly Will My Order Ship?
I will do my best to ship the same day you ordered but it may be the next business day. For example if you ordered Friday, the latest your order will be shipped is the following Monday.
For Canada/Domestic Orders:
– Free delivery for all Canadian orders over $150 –
Shipping is $18 for all other orders, large or small. All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
If you would like Express Delivery please email us to make arrangements. Funky Frog uses Expediated Parcel to keep your price down.
Most orders are received within 2-9 business days after shipment depending on the destination.
Local: 2 days
Regional: 3-5 days
National: 4-9 days
For U.S. and International Orders:
Orders to U.S. are $35 shipping, large or small orders. Please note: If postage to your address is less than $35 the difference will be reimbursed to you. In All orders are shipped by Canada Post Small Packet Service. Please be aware that due to the high cost of postage your package will be sent via surface. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please state this when ordering.
Typical arrival time for U.S. orders is between 5-8 business days depending on destination.

International Orders are very expensive to ship. Please contact Funky Frog if you are interested in getting an order shipped internationally.
Lost Packages/Insurance Claims:
Listed arrival times are best estimates based on Canada Post literature. From personal experience some shipments may take longer than expected depending on the destination city/country and on unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or destination country customs delays). Please give your order time to arrive. Contact Funky Frog if you have any questions.

Funky Frog offers two payment options through PayPal.
All major credit cards are accepted. All information is securely transferred between you and our payment gateway. Funky Frog does not store any of the credit card information on the site. All of that is handled through the payment gateway: PayPal systems.
Funky Frog also accepts direct payments through PayPal.
Funky Frog accepts Credit Cards Via PayPal.
You can chose your preferred payment method during checkout.
A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase.
Sorry, Funky Frog does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.
