These beads are made using the labour intensive Lost Wax method where a mould is made of beeswax. This is packed in a muddy mixture with a hole at the top. This whole crucible is heated so the beeswax mould melts and metal that has been melted on another fire is poured in replacing the beeswax! And remember this is done under a scorching sun!! Amazing to see. $6 each -
