The brass disks are great spacers and give the project something a bit different. These disks are about 1x7-11mm. They are handmade so will vary in size, shape and colour. The artisans use whatever scrap metal they can get their hands on from old taps to pipes to .. but they call it 'brass'. 10 disks / $5

  • These small brass bells are about 11mm. The bells don't make a noise when shaken on their own but paired up they make a lovely jingle. There are now 4 sizes in this bell... xtra large, large, medium and small ... these are the smallest size. $2/bead

  • Beautiful Lost Wax Brass Elephant Pendants.... handmade for Funky Frog by the Kokofrom guys in Kumasi. When you think of Africa you think of Elephants! "Elephants are highly intelligent animals with complex emotions, feelings, compassion and self-awareness (elephants are one of very few species to recognize themselves in a mirror!). The gestation period of an elephant is 22 months. That's almost 2 years, the longest pregnancy of any mammal! And they are the largest land animal on earth!" The whole look which is a bit rough and earthy goes perfectly with the African Beads.  The artisans use whatever scrap metal they can get their hands on form old taps to pipes to .. but they call it 'brass'. There are two sizes of these closures; small and large. This is the large closure. The hook is 23mm and the eye is 14mm.
