A strand of Igbo Bug Brass beads interspersed with opaque bright red glass beads about 20" long strung on plastic wire. You will received a strand similar to the ones in the photos. These beads are handmade so there will be variations in the size, shape and colour of the beads. These red beads are opaque and a light bright red ... there are also strands with translucent ruby red glass beads interspersed among the igbo bug brass beads. 12 contemporary glass Chevron Beads in black, lime with touches of red. These beads were probably made in India and traded in Ghana W. Africa. I found these beads in one of the largest beads markets, Koforidua Bead Market. Each bead is about 6 mm in diameter. These are the only beads available in this colour. You can buy strands of other colours here. -

A strand of about 26 Translucent Glass with swirled Light Blue rectangular shaped Recycled Glass Beads on string 22" long. The rectangular beads vary in size but on average are 20x9mm. Ghana is famous for these recycled beads made from recycled glass bottles. These recycled beads were bought directly from the small factory in Accra, Ghana where the artisans hand make the beads in the labor intensive method of their ancestors from crushing glass to baking the final product in wood ovens. -
